Learner Description
Tiger Brands, in association with Optimum Engineering Training, is recruiting apprentices within the following trades: Machinery Engineer and Instrumentation Technician. The apprenticeship program will be completed in a period of approximately 4-5 years.
Requirements:
SA Citizenship
N6 with Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering Drawings and Business Theory
able to travel
Able to work shifts, holidays and overtime, when needed
Great technical aptitude
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
eager to learn
Successful candidates will be required to attend training at the Optimum Engineering Training Center in Germiston, as well as complete on-the-job training within an accelerated manufacturing environment.
Applicants will go through a selection process and will be placed within a specific trade based on their results.
