Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure that all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) regarding this position are adhered to;
- To ensure that if any SOP is unclear, the relevant and necessary steps are taken to obtain clarification;
- Assist in packing items for clients at the pay point;
- Assist the customer in a friendly and helpful manner;
- When re-merchandising, make sure all the stock is well packed and placed in the relevant area;
- You are not allowed to leave your workstation without the knowledge of your seniors;
- Accept full responsibility for all duties and key performance areas and report directly to Management.

- To perform any other duties as required by the Manager / Supervisor and uphold company standards at all times;
- Good communication skills;
- Time management;
- Ability to work out of normal office hours as and when required;
- To work on public holidays and weekends and peak seasons as and when required;
- Work during high seasonal periods;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Dedicated and detail-oriented; high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
Qualifications
- Matric;
- Tertiary Qualification an advantage
