Job Description

The Senior ICT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our organization’s computer systems. This includes installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide training to staff on IT-related topics and ensure that all systems are secure and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support and training to staff.
Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data.
Manage IT assets and inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
