Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Consumer Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice to consumers regarding their rights and responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving consumer complaints
- Offering guidance and support to consumers who have been defrauded or harmed financially
- Collaborating with other departments and organizations to address consumer protection issues
- Developing and implementing consumer education programs
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of consumer protection policies and regulations
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Senior Consumer Advisor, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer advocacy or a related field
