OPERATIONAL MANAGER NURSING (MOU)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Manage and supervise nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care
- Participate in budgeting and resource allocation
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of nursing staff
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred)
