Job Description
As the Operational Manager: Nursing, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
- Monitoring and managing budgets and resources
- Coordinating staff training, development, and performance evaluations
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensuring the availability of necessary equipment, supplies, and medications
- Implementing and evaluating quality improvement initiatives
- Participating in strategic planning and goal setting for the nursing department
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
