Job Description
The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses. This may include assisting with activities of daily living, performing basic medical procedures, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be compassionate and empathetic, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Valid Nursing Assistant qualification
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
