Managed People Solutions is offering an opportunity to young, unemployed and ambitious individuals looking for a 12-months workplace experience. Candidates will perform basic merchandiser duties in a specified retail store/s. Candidates must be able to travel to Makro store in Ottery and its vicinity on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine stock to be merchandised.
- Draw stock requirements.
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags.
- Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
- Feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Communicate and upkeep knowledge of product and promotions
- Effectively record merchandising activities
- Execute calls as per call cycle
- Advice RSM on out-of-stock products
Requirements
- 18 – 28yrs
- NCV L4 or N6 in Marketing, Sales, Business Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Vibrant
