DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting/Attending to Applicants/Visitors | Greeting and attending to applicants and visitors in a professional manner. |

Visitor Register | Ensuring that all visitors sign the visitors register. |
Assistance | Ensuring that all visitors are assisted by relevant personnel within ECSA. |
Inquiries | Managing general and service inquiries. |
Website Updates | Constantly keeping up to date with changes on the ECSA website. |
Customer Service | Maintaining a high level of general customer service. |
Walk-in Applications | Receiving and acknowledging walk-in applications. |
CRM | Maintaining and updating CRM daily. |
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Matric
- Reception, Customer Service and/or Administration Certificate (NQF level 5) or equivalent
- 1 year working experience as a receptionist
- Knowledge of Call Centre operations
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems would be advantageous
