Citi South Africa is seeking graduates to join our one-year apprenticeship program.
The one-year program provides exposure and hands-on work experience to newly qualified college graduates in various Citi businesses.
Graduates can apply for permanent positions within the year and are also sponsored for a postgraduate qualification during their working year, relevant to their area of work.

As a graduate, you will go through a lengthy interview process and, if successful, you will be placed in one of the following business areas:
Operations and Technology
Finance
Trading and treasury solutions
Risk
investment banking
Corporate banking
corporate finance
Other banking areas
global markets

You have earned your bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 65% or higher or a master’s degree in any discipline
Acceptable to have a maximum of 1 year of work experience but not required
You have strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
Extensive work experience is not a requirement, but dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital.
