Job Description:	The role of the Assistant Director: Regional Land Claims Commissioner is to support the Regional Land Claims Commissioner in managing and overseeing the implementation of land reform programs and initiatives within the specified region. The Assistant Director will be responsible for: Assisting with the development and implementation of land reform policies and programs in accordance with national legislation Providing guidance and support to land claimants throughout the claims process Conducting research and analysis on land claims and related issues Managing and maintaining land claim records and databases Collaborating with other government departments, organizations, and stakeholders to facilitate effective land reform Preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations for the Regional Land Claims Commissioner
