Description:
The Assistant Director: Acquisition Management will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company’s acquisition processes. This includes identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and integrating acquired entities into the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing acquisition strategies and plans
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential targets
- Evaluating and assessing potential acquisitions
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Coordinating and managing due diligence processes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Providing strategic guidance to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
